When we first started out as True Greece, we were a single destination travel company creating high-end travel experiences for travelers to Greece. Today True Trips is a luxury travel company that includes a growing number of destinations across Europe.

  • It was a pleasure, and a stress-reliever, to have True Trips arrange our vacation. We simply gave our desired locations and length of stay, and True Trips made all of the arrangements from hotels, tours, transportation within Spain. All of the choices made by True Trips were spot on; from the selection of hotels, tours, and transportation arrangements. Communication was easy - through email by my choice - and True Trips was able to re-arrange tours and pick-ups after our arrival plane was delayed one day due to bad weather in the U.S. Thanks True Trips for being flexible and working to accommodate our changes.   • We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our tailor made trip. Everything, every place, every attraction was flawlessly attended to. Every transfer took place smoothly, each hotel was superb, and the guides were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the Patmos location and hotel as well as the sailing adventure. Our activities throughout the trip were varied and authentic, allowing us to see some well-known attractions as well as some off the beaten track attractions. Although we could easily repeat this trip, it simply wet our appetites to see more of Greece on our next trip.

  • Do not change the system in order to save money, it works. I felt very comfortable knowing if there was an issue, I could reach out and someone would be there for me. The fact we had established a relationship prior to the trip paid off when an issue arose. They were my friends trying to help me versus some travel agent on the other end of the phone.

  • True Trips planned my husband and me the most PERFECT honeymoon we could have ever imagined! Neither of us had ever been to Europe before so we attempted to plan the trip ourselves to begin with. We had no idea which cities to visit or where to even begin. When we did narrow it down, we were clueless about where it was safe to stay, where to stay, how we were going to get around, what activities we should do, where to eat, etc. Our friends told us they had used True Trips for their honeymoon and went on and on about how great and easy it was. We are SO happy we listened to their suggestion and had True Trips plan our honeymoon as well. We did not have to worry about any transfers from the moment we landed in Europe. The ease of getting from place to place was way easier than I could have imagined. We started in Athens, followed by Santorini, Amalfi Coast and then Rome. The Amalfi Coast and Santorini were our two "main stops" and were absolutely gorgeous. We were also pleasantly surprised by Athens and Rome, we had so much fun and did tours in each, which were amazing and we loved both tour guides! While in Santorini, we did get a bit lost getting to one of our pick-ups so I called True Trips and they immediately arranged an alternate pickup. I was very impressed with their customer service and how quickly they helped us out. It was so helpful to have True Trips provide recommendations and take all the planning off our plate. We highly recommend True Trips and are already looking forward to booking another trip in the future through them.
