CURRENT JOB OPENINGS

TrueTrips Accounting & Office Assistant

Job Brief: Join our TrueTrips team and become an expert with many hats! Handle our internal accounting and collaborate with our external accounting office, perform minor IT tasks and coordinate with our IT external associates, work with our Travel Experts in a great variety of side tasks and/or work with our Digital and Marketing team.

What we are looking for are enthusiastic professionals with strong work ethic, positive attitude and teamwork mentality to join our stimulating work environment.

Accounting Assistant duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Handling of incoming and outgoing invoicing needs
  • Reconciling suppliers statements and finance accounts
  • Preparing the monthly payment reconciliation
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post 
  • Answering suppliers’ phone calls and emails

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Very good command of Greek and English (both oral and written)
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Detail oriented
  • Previous industry experience is welcome but not required

What we are looking for are enthusiastic professionals with strong work ethic, positive attitude and teamwork mentality to join our stimulating work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • Excellent command of English and Greek
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent Writing Skills in English will be considered an asset
  • Social Media knowledge is welcome but not required
  • Previous industry experience is welcome but not required
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations will be considered an asset

TrueTrips Travel Expert - Entry Level Position

Job Brief: As a Travel Expert you will be primarily trained in the sales and operations procedures, efficiently creating impeccable tailor-made luxury trip experiences from start to finish.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or similar relevant field
  • Excellent command of English (multilingualism will be considered a plus / good writing skills in English will be highly valued)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) & Outlook / Computer literate with good desktop research
  • Passionate about travel and tourism – looking to start a career in the tourism sector in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Previous work or industry experience is welcome but not required
  • Able to manage different work shifts

Skills

  • Customer oriented mindset / Capacity to deliver outstanding services that surpass clients' expectations
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills: to interact, communicate (written and oral) and negotiate effectively
  • Critical thinker, problem solver, detail and action - oriented person
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork mentality
  • A knack for delivering multiple outputs within tight turnaround times - good organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of computer reservations systems & GDS systems will be considered a plus

Responsibilities (primarily focused but not limited to the below)

  • Communicate with potential guests to maximize sales opportunities
  • Develop a personal relationship with clients to assess their needs, budget, and preferences in order to suggest suitable travel packages
  • Prepare quotations / create travel packages (itinerary creation and revision)
  • Organizing travels from beginning to end: book hotels, tours, transfers / issue ferry and air tickets / provide assistance during clients’ trip
  • Research to offer professional travel advice
  • Provide quality customer service and effectively deal with problems or complaints
  • Enter data into our software and update client and financial files
  • Handle administrative responsibilities and run side projects
