You will then pass through the highest peaks of Madeira to reach Ribeiro Frio to visit the intriguing trout hatchery. After savoring the flavors of Eastern Madeira over lunch in Faial, you will head to Santana, the most picturesque village in Madeira famous for keeping the traditional thatched roofed cottages just like they were in the past centuries. The final legs of your tour will be Porto da Cruz followed by Portela, where you can enjoy a spectacular view over the “Eagle’s Nest” town of Machico.
