You will be involved hands-on from start to finish in the process of creating an authentic and delicious thin crust “Roman” pizza which in its final stages will be cooked in a wood-fired oven giving this tasty pizza its unique flavor and texture. Pizza was born in this city so where better to learn how to make it. Dive right in and get your hands dirty, have a go at mixing, kneading and stretching the dough! You will meet with your personal Pizzaiolo who will take you through the variety of different toppings and will share the secrets of this very special recipe with you. Finish this experience by tasting your creation with your family.
